During my 21 year active duty career in the United States Air Force, I gained expertise in buying, fixing up and selling homes during my 14 moves around the world.  I became very skilled at advising colleagues in this process as well as investing in real estate. Having this experience, transitioning to real estate full time seemed natural and a perfect fit! Helping my clients buy, sell or invest fulfills my desire to care for others while achieving their real estate dreams.  I have made the Merrimack Valley and Boston area my home and community since retiring in 2009.  Over the past 12 years, I have become an active member in my community allowing me to gain superior knowledge and understanding of the local housing market and its population.  From the local farmers markets and CSA’s to the local coffee shops and restaurants.  My expertise is in assessing and evaluating homes in a variety of markets. That’s what it takes to truly be a real estate expert.
